有關巴勒斯坦民族 之(一)
在幾年前(2008)看了SBS - The Gaza Tunnels, 那時的我仍沒很大興趣要知道中東的以巴戰是為了什麼! 不用看新聞可想而知的了, 兩國雙爭, 不是為了土地, 油手就是宗教原因! 反正就是你佔了我的地, 拜別的神, 不是我族就當誅! 這是全世界都一鬼樣的事.
當看到影片中那些生得如此精緻的小朋友, 12歲就開始去挖隧道, 冒上生命危險去賺錢搵食, 實覺心痛!
前幾星期, 我又看了 Deadly Drama 和 My name is Rachel Corrie! 兩套有關Palestine 的紀錄片. 於是我就開始回憶起 The Caza Tunnels這套在2008年看到的紀錄片了. 慶幸SBS都有存片, 我又可重溫了一下.
首先, 來看看這群掘隧小孩 - The Gaza Tunnels:
Said 14歲, Hamdan 比較壯, 所以由他負責掘洞, Said 運土. 他們必須掘一條通過加沙Gaza 和埃及Egypt 邊界的地下隧道來運送物資. 全程700米長, 今晚上他們已經掘8小時了. 但只能向前多掘了10米. 而在加沙, 年青人只有這種工作能賺錢. 隧道內缺少空氣, 屈身弓背, 又熱得要命. 另外還要面對隨時的生命危險, 要不是以色列炸隧道, 就是隧道泥土疏散而倒塌.
自2007年6月, Hamas 控制加沙以後, 以色列和埃及將加沙地帶邊界完全封鎖! 就只有隧道才能帶來物資.
此時美國更宣稱Hamas 是恐怖份子組織! 當然仍然有很多國家認為Hamas他是由民選出來政府.
哈馬斯（阿拉伯語：حماس，英語：Hamas）是伊斯蘭抵抗運動組織的簡稱。該組織成立於1987年，是巴勒斯坦的一個伊斯蘭運動組織和政黨。哈馬斯的主要目標就是「將以色列從地圖上消除」

Said 是名很聰明的小孩, 他可以利用電腦上網, 透過 Google Map 來設計掘隧道的方向:
在掘不掘隧道上, 兩位叔叔起了爭議, 也是他們兩家人無休止的爭辯! 一位認為為了錢而損失了生命, 不值得! 另一位認為如果沒有隧道, 連有錢想買藥物都沒有!!!
而Said 自己則說, 掘隧道是賺到錢, 可是我是害怕得很, 因為就像在掘自己的墳墓!

追溯歷史根源(由450BC 至1948 AD) , 這整片由地中海與約旦河之間的土地, 應全屬於巴勒斯坦國土. 以色列能在此塊土地上建國, 完全是英帝國人在1920年一手開始做成, 並在日後由其他歐美(USA is the main culprit) 各國支持以色列猶太人已攪成了現時巴勒斯坦人民的災難和悲劇! (歷史方面, 日後再來寫了!)
以下是現時地圖(綠色地區仍屬巴勒斯坦的, 黃色地區己成為了以色列的了), 與之上地圖比較, 大家便知道了現時的巴勒斯坦土地是大部份被以色列所侵佔去了!! 而且以色列以往一直有美國這後盾, 於是可以不斷在巴勒斯坦境內建猶太人的settlement. 看以下地圖, 巴國界內已經差不多一半土地是黃色的了. 而加沙地帶(GAZA)卻是3面被以色包圍和封鎖. 第4面是埃及邊界, 埃及又與以色列簽訂了友好條約並將埃及與加沙地帶之間的邊境建立圍牆, 封鎖物資和軍火從這裡運入加沙地帶.
巴勒斯坦人民為了生存, 於是開始掘幾十條隧道, 由Rafah ( Palestine) 地下 經 Philadelphi Route(是一塊14公里長窄的土地, 建立於加沙和埃及邊界之間. 以作為兩國之間的緩衝區, 並由以色列軍控制) 去到Rafah (Egypt)的樓房之內. 從而向埃及人購買生活用品. 當然, Hamas 哈馬斯就經這些隧道來買進軍火 (下面我會講到德國的 DW- TV 紀錄片 裡有提到這些隧道都要經哈馬斯批准的). 也因如此, 以軍不斷向 Rafah ( Palestine) 這方的隧道口不斷轟炸來摧毀.

另一套有關加沙隧道紀錄片:
在看德國的DW-TV ( Deutsche Welle) 新聞紀錄片中, 記者去到Rafah ( Palestine) 接近 Philadelphi Route 的地帶, 她看到了以軍為了封鎖隧道而被轟炸的樓宇和隧道. 可是, 車過不遠, 又看到巴人搭起無數的白帳篷, 巴人又開始繼續他們的挖掘生崖了.
在這套紀錄片中, 看到的隧道是更具規模的了, 用的機械先進了, 洞口大很多. 運送的日常生活物資, 品種更豐富多了:
隧道: 20米深, 150米長, 挖經埃及邊界直入埃及樓宇地下. 隧道內空氣稀少. 工人大概每日掘10米左右. 因為要好小心, 隧道是有隨時倒塌危險.
工人通常會不斷測聽左右隔壁的鑽地機械聲. 因為不單他們的工程在進行中, 其他隧道也同時挖掘進行中, 所以憑聲音就可知道5米之外是否有另一隧道在扢掘, 因為一不小心, 大家就會撞在一起的了.
而且不單左鄰右舍, 依他所知, 他們之上有兩條在掘. 他們之下有一條正在掘!! 為什麼他知道那麼清楚, 因為一切都是系統在管理! 所有隧道必須向哈馬斯申請, 那條沒申請就是遣法, 會被哈馬斯立即毀滅之.
工人薪資大概是歐羅17元一天, 2更制. 12個鐘一更, 即24小時不停開工.
在隧道內是十二分之危險的, 他們已訓練成一有什麼風吹草動就要在數分鐘內逃出隧道:
他說在1996/1997, 他是個出名的運動員, 可是最終他必須以此維生!! 什麼摧毀了他的夢想??? 不單是他, 所有工人也是如此, 他們都放棄了夢想, 並且不敢奢望未來!!!

Egypt fails to block Gaza tunnels

Egypt has built an underground metal wall, with the stated aim of stopping the smuggling of weapons and goods through tunnels into Gaza.
It is an ongoing construction project, but it appears to have failed.
The tunnels are still operating – and that is because smugglers have found a way to break through the barriers, and supply people in Gaza with food and other essentials.
Al Jazeera's Nicole Johnston reports from Rafah, on the border between Gaza and Egypt.

另一套SBS 紀錄片, 講述了一些住在Rafah, 靠近這些隧道的加沙市民對那些掘隧道者的極之不滿, 就是因為那些隧道, 他們認為以軍才會每晚上來轟炸的. 而他們就最無辜的受害者, 因為不是被炸毀家園, 就是每夜被炸彈嚇唬, 不能入睡外, 還要四維躲避!
另一批掘隧道工人的生涯, 隧道經常被炸, 炸一次又修正一次, 永不放棄:
因為隧道內空氣不足, 每個工人都患上炎重的頭痛症:
他們說了: "壓抑愈大, 反抗力愈大!" 他們不會害怕, 他們要生存不死!

以下是國際人權組織的報導, 已經有160巴勒斯坦人死因掘隧道, 部份人死於被以色到空投炸彈, 另一部分是埃及軍向隧道投毒氣彈而死.
國際人權組織認為由2007件以來, 以埃這種封鎖加沙地帶, 只容許小量藥物供應區內. 使得巴勒斯坦人民失去工作的同時, 又缺乏物資而必須挺而失險. 以埃這種行為, 完全已經構成戰爭的罪行.
這些無辜掘隧道者. 他們大部份只是少年和強壯的成人, 他們失去了上學受教育的機會.
這完全是以埃兩國對加沙地帶的封鎖, 奪取了巴勒斯坦人的自由. 並要求立即解除封鎖, 還巴勒斯坦人民的生存權利!!!
Human rights groups say 160 Palestinians have died digging cross-border tunnels between the city of Rafah in the Gaza Strip and Egypt.
Falling standards of living and unprecedented levels of unemployment together with unrelenting poverty have led many young Gazans to risk their lives in tunnels to make a living.
Some of the victims were killed during Israeli bombardments of the tunnels, while others died after inhaling poisonous fumes released inside the tunnels by Egyptian security authorities. Collapse of the tunnels accounts for the remaining mortalities.
"The siege must be lifted immediately," Samir Zaqqout from the al-Mezan Center for Human Rights told a Press TV correspondent on Monday.
"It is a war crime by all definitions and it systematically violates international humanitarian laws," he went on to say.
In June 2007, Egypt and Israel tightened the already existing blockade of the Gaza Strip, allowing only very limited humanitarian aid into the impoverished coastal sliver.
"The siege is still continuing and it is driving so many people, who would normally not do a job that is getting attacked regularly by both planes from Israel and gassing through from Egypt," said Adie Mormech from the International Solidarity Movement.
Referring to the motivation of the victims, Mormech said those working in the tunnels were mostly teenagers and young adults, trying to save up to pay for their education.
After Israel's takeover of the Gaza Freedom Flotilla in international waters on May 31 and the deaths of nine civilians on the aid convoy, Tel Aviv eased the land blockade of Gaza, allowing in more consumer goods.
The naval siege of the enclave, however, remains in place, exports are banned and imports of raw and construction materials are restricted.
"We feel very sorry for the deaths of more than 160 people in the tunnels, but they served the issue of the Palestinians," said Amjad al-Shawwa of the Palestinian NGO Network.
"The main solution for Gaza's problems is to end the siege totally, meaning to open all the crossings for goods and people, and this is not just a need but the right of the Palestinians," he urged.
